I have just bought one - can't believe I actually spent that amount of money on a rug

Normally have 6'6" rugs but went for the 6'3" as tried friends on which was huge. The body of the rug fits really nicely but the neck is a little tight, don't really want to spend another £45 on a neck cover.

Has anybody else got one and how have they found the fit?

I bought one about a month ago, I went for the normal size i.e. my boy is 6ft 6 in all rugs and I bought a 6ft 6 Optimo. Rambo rugs fit him really well, but I do know people who don't like the fact that you can't adjust the front.

I've always found Horseware really helpful when I've needed replacement straps etc. They always send loads of spares for no cost. Give them a try and explain the situation. Will your supplier not swap for another size if you haven't used it?

Thanks for the replies, I did email Horseware and got a reply saying that I could buy a new neck from my supplier - so not that helpful.
I also have a friend who has the same issue, she rang them today and didn't get a helpful reply.

I use a Premier Equine neck cover on my Rambo Duo due to the original neck cover not covering enough horse!!!! I presume the fittings are the same on the Optimo as the Duo? If so then you could get one from PE for about £30. I've got a medium and large one, the large is a better fit on my 6'6 rug size horse.
Hope that helps, but you must be very frustrated after spending so much.....and you'd think that they would have taken on board feedback from Duo customers not happy re neck sizes ;)
