Rambo Summer Series T/O - washing instructions

Well the label says washable at 30 degrees... so has anyone washed it? What detergent did you use - and does it stay waterproof?

Really need to wash it... but I don’t want to ruin it

I’ve washed mine, I used nikwax waterproof wash but didn’t then reproof it. It has been fine since.

I've washed it. One of those quick washes at 30 degrees. Its still waterproof.

Use liquid soup and it should be fine.

I've found some Bucas rug wash in my cupboard at the yard so, I'm gonna use that on a short 30 degree cycle.
Fingers crossed it's all ok - I love my Rambo summer series rug

If you add any kind of detergent, you'll need to reproof. Make sure your machine is clear before putting it in and either use the special stuff as above, or rinse twice and reproof.

Well the Bucas rug was says this:
"This special phosphate-free wash is ideally suited for all waterproof and water repellent rugs as well as other articles of waterproof fabrics".
So I'm assuming it will clean the rug but not strip it of its waterproof-ness?? Or will I need to reproof? OMG... never has rug washing been so traumatic
