Ramped teeth ?

Has anyone got any idea what the following comment means ? It's on a vets report for a 5 year old horse :

"molar ramping will require redress in the future" - what is ramping please as I have never heard of it.

Isnt it some sort of uneveness on the molars ..... if their occulusion is out (i.e their chewing surfaces arent meeting properly) then this could be due to ramping?

I would imagine the vet is just saying the horse will need some dental work

It's basically uneven wear and get him seen by a dentist ASAP if you buy him - he'll be nicer to ride and will eat better

It literally is the teeth are forming a ramp. So could be...
Bottom teeth are long at the front and go smaller and shorter towards the back, like a slope. So the top teeth do the opposite to ensure they meet. Or could be the other way ie short at the front and longer at the back. The dentist will rasp them down so they are nice and level both top and bottom. Happy horse and much better chewing action aswell.
