Ranch / Trail Riding Holiday USA - any idea who does insurance?

Friend has booked direct with the ranch offering the holiday, so hasn't got a UK based company offering insurance...Any idea on who might cover this sort of thing.. need all the usual medical type cover in case of accidents, as well as delayed planes etc
