I'm not happy. Three days ago I placed an advert with ArabianLines, my money was cleared from my bank account immediately. I emailed the details and photos straight away. No confirmation, but the site says it can take up to 72 hours to go live, so I wait. Decided perhaps I should email the advertising manager just to check they received my details, no reply, so emailed webmaster, no reply. Today I called them, they said they would get back to me via email to double check the advert. Still nothing, and my advert is not live on the site.
Anyone else had an issue with them? I will have to call again tomorrow to see whats going on, getting a little worried as so far it seems that they are happy to take the money, but not so happy to actually put the advert live on the site. All I really want is a confirmation that they have for the photos and are in the process of getting it done.
