Ratcatcher jackets?

ratcatchers for hunting are just tweed jackets. Don't know why they're called that, I would presume from the name that tweed was what ratcatchers wore but probably far off there and someone else can explain much better!
 
thanks i was just wondering realy as lots of people seem to use it amdjust checkig that i was thinking of the right thing :p
