Raw feeders

Anyone in Essex/Herts area? We sometimes have substandard game going to waste, pheasants and ducks, and I am trying to think what we can do with them. It is not a lot but if anyone would like the odd whole carcass after our shoot days please get in touch.
There may well be some odd venison bits too in the next month.

LOL! I hope so, we try to use every scrap of what we shoot (very small shoot).

Depends where you are. I'm Watford. 2 of mine are raw fed. What do your lot get? Wouldn't they like a nice pheasant? Or you could use them for cold game training!

Used to raw feed all of ours, but the Shih Tzu weren't so keen. The rest were and the latest additions like their bits and bobs.

I'm near Stansted, but still an awful trek from Watford, unless we had a lot for you.
I can't be doing with the effort of feeding raw I am afraid, and OH would never countenance running the chiller full time so I could!
The adults are picking up 3 days a week now, so not a lot of training time left, and Pen the pup has had her one and only cold game retrieve for this year.

Too far, I fear You can get a reasonably priced freezer, I was researching recently for the tenants of the new house. Ours is in the shed and I get a big delivery every three months. The brothers look good on it, Brig tends to puke up tripe so I don't force him!
