I know, I know. Work of the devil.

I have accidentally purchased some. I am clearly clueless. I purchased some barkoo filled bones and also some 8 in 1 delights.

I mean they look like rawhide but were not advertised as such and I was rushing so I just didn't think.

Would you bin them or donate to someone else? Or do you think they will be okay to use as a one off....

Thought you would say that.

Partner had already given them all one this afternoon before I noticed so just hoping nobody dies.

They were posted so not easily returned.

Ah well, you live, you learn. Bin it is.

Our beagle puppies have got some of those awful rawhide chew things. They can’t really do much with them but their puppy teeth like them. They have made an end soggy.
We scrape them in a cream cheese pot when we are going out. (They have their own pot, I don’t share it ?) as being hounds they can get a bit vocal.
Older dogs have those chopped and pressed rawhide chews at bedtime.
All seem to be surviving.

Don't know how much you gave for them and what distance the shop is away from you; as it might actually be more economic to bin the dang things rather than use fuel to return them & get a refund (even presuming they'll let you have it).

They are awful things. My old girl got one in her throat once and coughed horribly with it. I binned all the ones I had after that.
