Ray Williamson. R.I.P.

Just heard some very sad news this morning that Ray Williamson of Hampton Vets, Malpas has died.

Such a lovely man, a brilliant horse vet and great fun too. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and clients; he will be very sorely missed by all of us.

OMG no! That is tragic, I phoned them in the last hour to book my bitch in for spaying and had no idea, I feel awful now! I was always confident my horses would be okay as long as Ray was on the end of the phone. My thoughts to his family and everyone who knew and loved him.

Just shocking, I know he wasn't so good but didn't realise he was this ill.

Very sad. He was a lovely man, helped daughter out so much with the baby bassets. RIP Ray.

Was shocked to hear the news, I knew he was very ill but I didn't realize it was that bad.

He will be greatly missed, not only highly talented as a vet whose opinion you could totally trust but a great colorful character, but showed empathy and was great with dealing with tearful horse owners!

R.I.P Ray. I saw practice at Hampton when I was in 6th form and at university. Very good guy and a great vet.
