Just wanted to say thanks to those of you who replied before the forum changed.
I managed to read all your replies and it was really helpful.

Now on the hunt for a nice MW type in need of a bit of schooling/TLC so if you hear of anything suitable please let me know, cash waiting!

Definitely!
I was thinking originally 15hh-15.2hh but it would appear 15.2hh-16hh would be a better size.
I'd already decided no full TB's and would aim for Irish/Native x or LW Cob type.
Still think I will opt for a gelding unless a very special mare comes along.
