Well this is my first post in Comp. Riders
so just a small report on Sunday!
I put a small video of Pride in the Pic Gallery last night; I took him to an R.C. Derby day on Sunday. Entered both the Open WH & the A.I. Derby.
The workers was a diaster
we had more problems than fences. He hated the ground, the practice arena was crap and he was having none of it; I should add that he slipped in the field on Friday over a fence so I think he got a fright. So the next step is to try and get his confidence back. He will do another WH on Sunday with a view to seeing if maybe jumping on grass just doesnt suit him
Anyway, after our WH I decided we both need to regain a little confidence, I walked the Int track and it looked promising enough so decide to compete HC in that class rather than puch him in the A.I. I rode around like my life depended on it but it worked. He had one rail down and I was over the moon. Hopefully now we just have to wait and see what Sunday brings
