RDA GROUP NEED OLD JODS AND JACKETS

Our local RDA group are hoping for the first time to take 33 disabled riders of all ages to the eastern regional show. They have been doing some fund raising and have managed to aquire hats and boots . However they are desperate for donations of Jods and black or blue jackets of all sizes child through to adult. They have asked at all our local yards and would be grateful for any that you may be willing to send, and it would be lovely if the riders could look the part.
I hope we are not asking for too much here and can assure you that this is a genuine RDA charity group.

I know that it is difficult to get any money from the central RDA funds, but given that this for such a big thing can they not help at all (they do have quite a lot and all the local groups have to do their own fundraising)

Judging from an earlier thread, it would seem most people either go through their jods at a rate of knots or keep them for years LOL. Good luck with your quest and for the competition.

Whereabouts are you? My old RDA group is in the Eastern Region. Just wondered if you were near... I know my old group keeps a whole load of jackets for people to borrow, so wonder if they would lend some to your group... Worth a try!

Whereabouts are you, I have a size 10 black jacket, bit cheap and cheerful though.
I'm probably Eastern region too.
