hi how much weight do you reckon my mare could take she 14hh and a welsh {middleweight}

she up for sale and got a woman intreasted who is 15 stone

"More than 14 stone " is HW Cob so she;d need a horse with >9 inches of bone.

wow maybe Im really paranoid about weight then because I would say 12 stone max including tack.

Your mare is the same build as Ellie (welsh D) and I'm around the 10 stone mark and her owner is probably the same (ish)

No way would I have said that someone that weighs 15 stone would be ok to ride her. But then I am rather protective of Ellie - after all she is 28
