Re hat problem....

TDS Saddlers say that if i buy the new bigger sized hat online tonight using my card they will send it out tomorrow. So i will have it in time!

AND that i need to send the too small one back to them with a letter in the box saying for them to recredit my account.

Does this sound reasonable?

Are they likely to muck me around and not recredit my account?
