Spoke to the ILPH today, they said having looked at the pictures they're going to investigate, which I am pleased about. They're going to have a look at the horses in the next couple of days and they'll let me know if they'll take any further action. Thanks for all the replies everyone, I feel so much better knowing that it's going to be checked out, I'll let you know the outcome!
