Re-location to Plymouth in Plymstock - Anyone suggest a nice DIY, Assisted Yard?

Does anyone know what Plymstock in Plymouth is like and whether there are any small yards with preferably a sandschool nearby??

Any help would be fab need space for 2 horses!!
