yes, I've shopped with equestrian clearance...it took them a fortnight to get the order out, but everything was there and you can't argue with their prices.
Actually - I think the company i am talking about is fine if you get the stuff delivered ok - no probs etc. its just if you have any probs along the way or need to return something...
It is more the schocking customer service and complete inability to say sorry on their part (sorry bit over emoptional about this one because the upset me so much!)
Ditto sloulou. I had to have a rant with them over consumer rights when they sold something that was no fit for purpose. ie broke before I even got to use it! Really annoyed with them and the fact the kept arguing the toss.
i ordered a rug of frogpool about 2 weeks ago, and my payment was accepted etc. it was meant to be 14hours delivery. 1 week later still nothing, so mom phoned, and they were really helpfull, they gave us a nicer rug for the same price as they never contacted us to say it was out of order!
even though that happened i would order again.
i just think you occasionally get problems that can't really be helped!
i like derby house, ride away and i love premier equine!
