hmm, well this is how i will look like for my 23rd birthday thanks to my delightful youngster!

please ignore state of house - we are decorating and living in one room at the moment!
 
there is a post further down but basically youngster learnt to bronc last night!
i bailed out before we crashed into railings of menage but still managed to hit the kick boards - on my face!

i did stay on though all down one long side!!

This happened to me a few months back...although I was more stupid... I was clipping in between my horses front legs and I had my head in a stupid place when my horse struck out forwards with his front leg and got me straight on the nose leaving me with two cracking black eyes...definately owner error...I'll be paying some one to clip him next year!

PS, arnica gel/cream is really good for soothing bruises & swelling. Check with pharmacist before using in case it reacts to anything you may be taking etc.
 
I have had that fetching look 3 times now, It's bloody painful. I hope you recover soon, how is your nose has it started to go down yet. Wasn't worried about the state of your house more worried about what programme you were watching!
 
Question is:-

Do you think you'd of come off worse if you'd not bailed out?
