Re registering BE horses online?

It keeps saying '
You must be a currently registered member with a valid membership that is allowed to own a horse, or are in the process of purchasing a valid membership that is allowed to own a horse by having a membership purchase in the shopping basket.
i am however a member so have tried changing my membership details in 'my details' section and it wants your BE password. I assumes this is the one you use on the site but it says its incorrect. Any idea what password it is they want or what im doing wrong??

hmmm i'd email them, they're usually v quick at getting back to you! Does sound odd as it usually works fine?

will perhaps have to do it by snail mail.

I think you can get them to email your password to you

QR: you need to mail them... i had this problem too, mailed them and they sorted it out very quickly.!! horse now re-reg'd and ready to rock

I managed to re reg on line yday, both mine and the horse's membership, when i phoned them up jst after the new year they said they were having internet probs but i asume they ar e sorted now as i managed to do it online, they also said they had a 2 week backlog........! boo hoo!
