There is a book called 'Buying and Schooling Ex-Racehorses' by Christopher and Victoria Coldrey published by Crowood.

You'll have much more fun doing it yourself!!! And if you get a book, I can garuntee it wont cover the problems your likely to encounter (if you do!)

I was just thinking of doing it myself but with support from an instructor who has had experience of ex-racers
