well after having along talk with the y/o and to the teenager on phone he has warned her to sign both horses over to the y/o daughter (the girl whos looked after them ).
if not she would be reported to the rspca.
there will be no money exchanged in this transaction and half from ideal but because the yard is not mine i can only do so much
aleast they will becared for and hopefully used by the girl or possibly sold on to lovely homes .
i will be keeping an eye on both just to make sure things are right and if not i will be reporting to the rspca a.s.a.p

ISCHA - that's great news. Well done! May I make a tiny suggestion? In order for this transaction to be a legally binding contract, may I suggest that a very small sum of money does change hands? I'm literally talking about £1. If a receipt is provided this means that the current owner will have no further claim on the horses. If she just gives them, she may still have some comeback.

agree get it all in writing

I haven't read the previous post this relates to but I do agree wtih Camilla4 on this as I have heard a few stories where ownership can not be proved to have passed hands of horses being returned to situations less than ideal. By signing an agreement of sale for £1 then the proof of sale and ownership is there.

yes i will make sure she gets in writing !!!! and pays a £1
im shore she wont beable to purchase another horse with just a quid
