Re-waterproofing leather wellies?

My leath Wellies (Joules Marsh's) have done sterling work for a year but now if I'm in full water say a river they leak a bit.

So what can I put on them to re-waterproof them? Any ideas?

Dubbin. Excellent stuff, I use it on my Dubarrys and other leather boots.
