So if you read the post yesterday about which horse to share you will know that the first one was lame.
I tried her twice and she was not lame but then went lame.

She was very lame in the sand school but not so much on concrete.

Owner thinks she bruised her sole, which acctually i think i agree with as I remember picking her feet out and thinking... oh look a stone.... but didn't think that much about it.

Anyhow going back to ride her tomorrow see if she is still lame (trotting up sound). As owner does not have a rider for her...

She has good feet but maybe a bit flat. If i'm going to work her i will need to chat to the farrier and owner.
And i will have to get some pics to you lovely lot and get some opinions!

Any thoughts welcome! I'm still in a confused place over which horse to share if either. If Jess comes sound think i will go with her. I am trying the other horse with the back problem to see what he is like but i very much doubt i will take him on.

To be honest if you really don't think you'll take it on perhaps it would be better not to let the owner think you'll likely be taking on the back problem one? The lame one doesn't sound so bad now I know you've seen it sound and the owner isn't trying to share it knowing & not caring that it isn't sound.
