What would you think if an Ad said ''to keen and bold for masters mount''
I wonder if anyone knows which ad i am talking about- its been in horse and hound and horse a few times................!

LOL, wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Sounds unstoppable. But them I'm only small so don't like things that tank!

The ad makes the horse sound bloody terrifying! i would love to speak to someone thats ridden it!

It's a bit like the old horse buyers interpretations guide - forward going = bolts, likes to jump = jump out etc.

It went a little something like this!

Power house jumping machine,
But not for the faint hearted!
16.2 chestnut gelding (i think)
main job for 06 and 07 masters horse. Has not done BSJA because of this. Too bold for masters horse. ......................................................
Cant remember what else it said....something about 'keeps coming and jumping down big tracks!

Sounds very similar to a horse I used to know...tho this lad was 17+hh...he was a very strong and bold eventer...mostly what I would hear over the tannoy when my friend evented him was 'oh competitor no.34 has now gone straight over jump no. 4 and is now heading towards the next county'!!!!
When they eventually arrived back she would be gasping for breath swearing to give up this lark and he would happily be ready for another trip round the county!!!!!
I understand he went for team chasing in the end!!!!
