Bonny, Not that I have heard, I spoke to the lady in question but she's too scared to do anything about it still in case her horse's are targeted.

I don't know, can't comment about the neighbour dispute as such but letting fireworks off over her field IS breaking the law

I’m guessing that’s why the police aren’t taking action, the neighbours presumably have a very different story

Local council.? Defra? A good solicitor? Citizens advice.? Media ie Local newspaper? It’s a complete farce if police dont do anything..

It's her word against theirs, not enough evidence I would say and I know from past experience if the police can wriggle out of doing anything they will

However, as she has photographic evidence of her injuries, it isn't really her word against theirs, unless, of course, one of the neighbours also has photos of injury.

I suppose the photo doesn’t prove it was her neighbours that hit her.
