really annoyed..

I went to sit my LGV theory test this morning.
when I got to the test centre the guy behind the desk asked what parts I was doing so I told him multiple choice and hazard perception.

turns out the company I booked my test with didn't put me down for the hazard perception - even though I emailed and asked if it had to be booked separately.

really annoyed that I now have to go back and will probably have to rearrange my shifts to fit it in.

hoping they can give me the date I've asked for so im not mucking about and changing other people's shifts

Have you thought of booking direct online...that way you get to see all the available times and dates so you can pick one to suit your shifts. I did this as I had to keep changing mine due to work commitments.

won't be using that site again as they can't give out the right information
