so fed up tonight one of them days i guess..

any good vibes and hugs plz
im stuck in a rutt!!!
i have 3 lovely horses 2 in which i can ride.
but since i lost willow i have not rode.
i need some encouragement to get on with it.
i go and see to them every day but nothing seems to click as to get back riding.plus ive put on a wee bit of weight so i dont feel like riding .. any help appreciated. to get me going!
 
May I give you an inspirational kick up the derriere?

Just thought I would say Hi and things always seem worse at night, the horses you have need you, so yes, you do need to be there for them

Don't say to yourself, I will ride again when I lose weight, just do it now. Stick a pin in the calendar to mark the day and then come what may, do it on that day and chances are you will wish you'd done it a lot sooner xx
 
your so right popsicle! that is exactly what i say!...
same routine everyday and every night put them in then come home do tea shower pjs on in front of pc and glass of wine or a fosters!
 
Ride tomorrow and tell us about it tomorrow night. (May I suggest that you don't open the bottle tonight alcohol is very much a depressant, yes it is, yes it is, I spend most of the week telling people this.)

thanks peeps .... your all so kind.....too late opend one i know! wont be able to ride in the day as im a carer in and out all day so would have to be early evening
 
Right it doesn't get dark until after 9.00pm so get your butt in a saddle and ride FFS. Sorry was that a bit over the top

Oh dear, poor you. You are lucky to have two horses you can ride at all, I have one mare who is lame and a baby horsey who is only 3 weeks old so I don't think even she could carry my considerable weight!!!!

I miss riding like mad and sometimes it makes me sad, but i try and look forward to competing with my foal next year.

Things will look better soon. It is amazing how much more positive it makes you feel when you lose a bit of weight. Somehow, anything seems possible.

my other one is a yearling so if you fancy it then come give me a hand ,,,, why is yours lame?
