Having a moan :(
i happen to have asthma and up untill the beginning of this year it was under control but now its like i have attacks at random moments im now on a higher dose of a inhaler and it has sterioids in but because of my breathing i find it hard to ride as my chest is so tight.because there so random i also cant hack alone or be on my own
im just so fed up with it :( im waiting on my new inhaler and the doctor has said i should be feeling better once i have it
sorry for the moan just most people seem to think asthma isnt such a big deal :(
 
Oh, hun, hoping you are feeling better soon. I dont have asthma but have seen people who have .... very, very frightening and debilitating.

Hope you are back in the saddle soon.

if you are having attacks that regularly then your asthma is no longer controlled & you need a different type of inhaler so hopefully when you get your new one it will get the asthma under control again for you. it is important you let the doctor know if ou are still having attacks though as there are several different options you can try to find the right one for you. i know it is annoying but dont give up, something will work!
 
my partner has CF so I know how frustrating, annyoing and terrifying respiratory problems can be. All I can say is don't stop fighting, fingers crossed for your new inhaler and hope you're back in the saddle soon! x
