Really good explanation of balance

So I have been working on balance for myself and pony and we are both coming on in leaps and bounds.

I wanted to understand more about balance and engagement so did a Google search and found this http://www.ridingart.com/balance.htm I thought I'd share as I found it really interesting, in particular the comparisons with people when explaining balance.
