really need some vibes

i am looking after all six horses on the yard as the YO and other ladys familys have gone on holiday together, (very good friends) to morroco for two weeks, they went on monday and its only wednesday and one of the horses is very lame

vet is coming out in about 30 minutes to see him as he isnt fully weight bearing, and i am working 9-5 2moz and not willing to leave him as he is till friday! would really appreciate some vibes to hope its nothing serious. i dont think timing could be any worse

big hugs!!!! its sadly sods law and always happens but you will be fine and you have done the right thing - my nag got wedged on a 5 bar gate when i was away and i was very happy the vet had been called xxx

its a hard call to make as its out of hours so more expensive but i think the owners would rather pay the vets bill and have a healthy horse, i know i would. the vet has text me and said he will be with me at nine.

If it was one of mine I'd be perfectly happy that you'd called the vet, definately the right decision IMO.

Sounds like a typical horse to me

As soon as the owners back is turned they have to do something to hurt themselves
