where do I get one. It's meant to be a xmas pressie so want one with a wooden back and maybe natural bristles but I can't find one anywhere!

Hope someone comes up with a good answer as I could use one as well. Mine all get scrunched up bristles in no time at all and I am sick of keep buying them.

Oh, and if anyone can think of a use for several flick brushes with scrunched up bristles, please share the secret!

I got a gorgeous one - *very* soft, almost goat hair, and not as tall as some - from 0vera Farm, which is not a million miles from you but probably a bit too far for a present... Mine was an xmas pressie for a friend and she loved it. I can check them out and see if they still have them if it sounds like the kind of thing you want?

It's about five minutes from my mothers so will check it out next time I'm home if I haven't already bought on line :)

O and hello to a fellow Norfolk dumpling!

That works out nicely then :)

And hello back - except that I'm a Cambridge dumpling who has migrated in the other direction...! How's Cambridgeshire doing these days? Even flatter than Norfolk still? :D

Yes! Come back to Norf! :D I'm in Mulbarton, so about 25 mins from 0vera, but I pop in and out :) And why is it that ***** appears as asterisks unless you use a 0 not an O...

My preference re brushes (not that it is probably relevant!) is the mini broom one - I find the banana one quite hard to hold but that's prob just me. The fine ones are *lovely*

Btw like your temporary sig! Lovely pics. Haven't read your thread in CR (supposed to be working), but nice position!!
