Really peed off......

I know it's not his fault but why after we get the all clear from vet last week to go back to doing everything before his lami work wise am I sat waiting for vet as ponio came out stable this morning with a swollen right for from fetlock tracking up to knee?????

Am hoping for abscess don't think I could cope with anything else

Poor you and poor lad. It seems to have been a summer for lammi and abscesses. Our yard has resembled an equine hospital at times recently.

My vet said it's been a perfect year for abcesses due to it being so wet. Great breeding ground for bacteria etc.

Hope nothing too serious and sorts itself out quickly.

He had the lami last jan, 15 degree rotation on both front feet and found out he is IR as well.
Vets just been we think it's abscess as he is reactive to hoof tests in just that leg and it's by the eixt hole he had last time and the hole is big enough to get my little finger down.

Give him a week on poulticing and keep him in and see what comes down.
