Hi there,
Gunnar seems to be going through a REALLY chewy faze. Not chewing the place up, but chewing his toys to peices. I gave him a nobbly, nylabone ball thingy on Sat and he near enough destroyed it in 10 minutes.

Ted , our BT destroys EVERYTHING

, the kong toys are good but if he can't destroy it he won't bother with it

, we did get him a boomer ball (big enough to not be able to get in his mouth) and he loves it , also Wilkinsons do a really hard rubber type ball which he hasnt destroyed yet !

I cracked this one for my dogs by mistake. A JOLLY BALL! I didn't even buy it, it was just left in a stable when we got here.

I have one that has lasted two and a half years and through two GSD pups, and still going strong, at least it will be, once the dogs manage to dig it from the pond where it has been frozen in situ for 2 months. I can't leave anything unguarded here, yesterday they had stolen and dragged a TO rug into their bedroom.

Kong toys. My Jack Russell will keep on chewing at a toy until he rips it to shreds but he hasn't managed to do this with his Kong.

My border terrier nearly killed herself chasing a Jolly-type ball around and around the conservatory. She was frantic because she couldn't pick it up - it took her an hour to stop panting when we took it off her

Ah, poor girl.

Maybe they (Jolly balls) are better for bigger dogs.

I am sure I have seen dog JB's advertised though!

Oh, and I did take the metal hanger thingy off it before the dogs had it. Just in case anyone thought about that.
