really warm jacket/coat needed

I have a birthday very soon and i currenlty have an old horseware puffa jacket style jacket which is really warm in the snowy freezing weather we have had but it needs replacing. Can anyone recommmend a really warm jacket/coat. looked at rocky ridge and mountian ridge by mountain horse but not sure wich is warmest and any others.

Kingsland - expensive, but the duck feather jackets are soo warm.
In all this cold weather ive only been wearing one jumper with my Kingsland on top and ive been as snug as a bug!

Love my musto, it has fleece lining and so so warm and waterproof too whihc is a must for me

A gersemi Hnoss in Navy -it's amazing - windproof, waterproof - I can wear a tshirt under it and not feel the cold!
Found it in my local tack shop - was about 199GBP but well worth it!

I've got one of these Musto's - amazing, I've been wearing in the recent freezing weather with only a t-shirt underneath it!!! 3-in-1 jacket - waterproof and super warm with the removable lining. A bit pricey but Musto's seem to last forever so I think it is worth it.

I love my Puffa Woodbridge jacket, I have never been cold in it , even in snowy aberdeen right now & it is in a fabulous blackberry purple colour! LOVE it!

I tend not to go for 'horsey' makes and get proper hiking winter gear instead. They tend to be a bit more expensive but there is a lot more 'technology' put into cut / movement / warmth / waterproofing / wicking / function and durability.

Mountain Hardwear, Marmut, Jack Wolfskin Mountain Equipment etc are all great makes and nows defo the time to pick up a bit of a bargin.
