I'm wondering if I can streamline (and preferably streamline my budget) for horse feed.
Horse is a middle-aged TB in moderate work (dressage lessons 2x week, plus 4-5 days schooling or hacking). He is out in the day, in at night with ad-lib haylage. He has shown symptoms of hindgut ulcers so on vet advice he is on sucralfate and Feedmark gastric comfort.
His current regime is (twice a day):

Stubbs scoop of Dengie Happy Tummy
Cup Linseed
2 cups Baileys conditioning cubes
Gastric comfort and sucralfate.

He is just about keeping his weight on this regimen (still pretty slim), but I wonder if I'm doubling up on things unnecessarily? Caveats for his diet are: he cannot have hay in field (the fights would not be worth it, and there is grass out there still); he ideally cannot have mash, as the gastric comfort needs to be kept dry.
