Reccomend me battery clippers

I have decided to save a bit and splash out on new clippers as no electric at new place is proving tricky clipping wise.
I am looking at Lister Liberty, Moser Avalon's or Harmony's

I have 3 horses ranging from 14.3- 16.2 fairly hairy- Middle is TB but big coated tb!
I imagine they will all be clipped 2 or maybe 3 times through a winter so it will get used a minimum of 6 times a year.

I was intending to go for the Liberties but they are very expensive! Are they worth the extra or for what i need will one of the others be sufficient?

The other option i have is to buy a battery and wide blade pack for the mains Harmony trimmer i already have?
I have done a full clip before with them but was not overly impressed although they didn't over heat etc and to be fair i only have narrow blades on it!

Or any other suitable clipper i may have missed?

Lister liberty absolutely worth the extra.Mine have clipped most of our yard in last 3 weeks Im very popular at moment.:D
 
I love my Harmony's - I have 2 native types that hunt so are clipped fully every 4 weeks, and they have not let me down yet. I even clipped my cob's legs off (not literally!!) the last time and they coped just fine.

The only thing they don't like is greasy coats - they will clip fine through thick but clean fluff but can get stuck in greasy hair, so I make sure mine are bathed the night before. The battery life is fab and can clip both horses on one charge and really can't fault them.

I had a set of Moser Avalons and although very similiar, and clipped nicely, did find that the blades did not always clip on correctly, and found that very frustrating.
 
Have owned lister showman clippers for a few years now and quite honestly the battery paqck didn't last very long before it died completly would not buy battery pack clippers again only mains or mains adaptable.

I am certainly veering towards the Liberty Clippers. The ones i borrowed recently did 2x clips in one charge and i was very impressed....also just got a bonus ;-D

I have to have battery really as no electric at the yard and although i can go down the road to friends the horses are quite unsettled being in the wrong yard/stable! so not ideal to then expect them to stand for clipping.
