As the boy gets fitter and more together I'm starting to get some lower back pain during the canter work to the point where I have to take a short break to allow it to recover. Very annoying as I've worked hard to get my fitness level up to the point where I dont need a break from an energy level perspective.
Both instructors have stated he does have a BIG loose canter which is difficult to sit to and given my advancing years coupled with a history of lower back pain have suggested I get a back support.
Any suggestions on what and where from?
