Need a nice bridle with bit clips rather than leather fastenings so I can do a fast change over between SJ and XC - would like it to be brown but will take black if need be! Not too worried about price, if I can find the right thing it will save me having to buy two separate bridles!

Can anyone recommend me one? Preferably grackle noseband but would settle for a flash as well.

I'd be very cautious about going XC with brass clips! As I discovered brass is a much softer metal than the stainless steel of the bit. The steel quickly wears away the curve in the brass clip (where the bit ring hangs in the clip) and it doesn't take much of a tug for the brass clip to snap and for the bit to drop out of the horse's mouth which isn't much fun when you're trying to take a check before the drop fence at Tweseldown! I think you'd be far better off having your xc bit set up with a spare set of standard cheekpieces and reins then you can just drop the SJ bit out of the horse's mouth and pop the XC one in or if you must use clips make sure that they are proper stainless steel (not nickel plated ones.)

I'd steer clear of clips for xc as I've also had the brass ones snap off - I like to have faith in my kit xc and I think that taped buckles or billets are safest.
