I have a loan horse - 15hh Highland x TB and her girth sits forward and is rubbing her elbow. I've put a girth sleeve on but would like to get a new girth that gives her room. Preferably without elastic as I'm not a fan of them.

Thanks.

Prolite? They’re spendy but fairly common second hand. They are good for forward grooves and are shaped also so they don’t sit close to the elbow. No elastic either

Just be sure it's not the saddle sitting forwards and tilting the girth :), very common with natives. I would recommend the Stubben cord girth, especially if the rubs are mostly to do with the space between elbow and ribcage laterally, rather than how close the girth comes to the elbow when you look from the side. With the former you want super low profile as well as soft, and this girth works well with many wider horses. I fit tons of horses whose girths sit right in their armpits and they don't get rubbed.
