Recommend a riding holiday please ☺️

Hello,
I am looking for a riding holiday in Europe. I have already done a trekking holiday so not interested in doing that again.
I would like to be able to combine hacking & lessons to improve my dressage (ridden to elem level but haven’t competed in a few years and haven’t ridden much at all in 9 months).
Would like to be based in the same place for the break and have time to read a book or just chill out.
Need to get off the world for a week!

Been here twice and loved it. Classical dressage lessons (Giovanni rode for Italy) jumping, comfortable and you can hack across the valleys as well. The horses are beautifully looked after and if you are good enough they have some horses trained in the higher movements. They really do try and give you the riding experience you want.
