I have such problems finding longer coats the I can actually do up! Due to my large hips and thighs, whilst they may fit my top half, I simply can't zip them up.
So can anyone recommend a coat that is shaped to accommodate hips and thighs. Ideally padded, about knee length, and suitable for riding in.

Musto did the Suffolk in a padded version (previously was unpadded but you could zip in a padded waistcoat - although I never bothered and just wore an extra jumper) but you are looking at 2nd hand as it has been discontinued. In fact I'm sure I read that they have stopped all their horse range which is a shame as the Suffolk was the best riding coat I found.
