Ellie is a funny shape, very high withers with no muscle/fat so rugs with no necks/attached necks do tend to rub her and cause problems. Hence a full incorporated neck is needed.
I have a 15.2 TB with high withers also and here's some reviews of my rugs
Rambo Supreme MW with detachable neck. 220g (ish?)
I love this rug to handle. The fastenings are so much better than other rugs.
Cons are that it started to part the hair on her withers so I need to keep switching it about to rest the area - if you wanted a 24/7 rug I wouldn't recommend this for a high withered horse.
Also for some reason the back end of the rug keeps lets in a lot of rain so in particularly windy weather her haunches are always wet - I am not best pleased with this but am going to give it another try in the spring.
Weatherbeeta Orican Combo with full neck - 300g
Fits well and has never rubbed her - she wears it 24/7 at the moment and did so for most of last year.
No cons at all! I love Weatherbeeta rugs.
Premier Equine - stormbuster with full neck - a whopping 450g
I bought this for the grammage for our Scottish winter.
This rug is amazingly snug and warm. It has also never rubbed Tara and I didn't find the weight when wet a problem either.

I like good old Weatherbeeta to be honest - Orkan is snug as a bug in his HW combo and it never leaks. You can pick them up for about £60 on equestrian clearance so reasonable too.
Just got a Derby House HW T/O in the sale - hope its as good as the Weatherbeeta!

I've got the heavy weight and the medium weight derby house full neck T/O's and i love both, they dont leak or rub and i wouldnt go back to any other makes now.
