recommend me a farrier/ trimmer!

Having been let down yet again by yet another farrier today, can anyone recommend a barefoot trimmer who doesn't charge silly money or an open minded farrier to trim mares and youngstock?
I'm between Bedford, Milton Keynes and Northampton.

Have a look on the UKNHCP site, they have a part which lists all their registered trimmers, you might find one in your area.

Luke Massey is brilliant - dont know how far out of Northampton he covers but I know quite a few people who use him, He is very easy going with our horses and always has a polo or two His number is 07795 277 012. Thanks all, I have messaged a few of your suggestions although my regular farrier has now texted me to say he was ill. Better late than never I suppose.
