It's made by a Spanish company called Sorrenta, and it has a leather tree and takes Wintec/Thorowgood head irons, so it's adjustable to many horses. But not all. It belonged to my old Shire-TBx, who had a narrow back and shark fin withers. I tried to make it fit my Highland, but that wasn't happening. Luckily, it seems to fit Hermosa. She takes the purple gullet, so she's wider than she looks, but doesn't have the weird native barrel shape.

I think you need to go back to the 'bear' principles of riding, with short 'paw'es' between each lesson.
