Recommend me a hat silk?

I need a new black hat silk - my last on got wet and then the peak became a bit warped when I tried (it was a cheap silk and I think the peak was possibly cardboard)

I'd love a charles Owen silk but the black ones are like hen's teeth - I found a few on line but by the time I paid international postage (only ones I could find were in Ireland) it was costing about £25 and since it's only for day to day riding I don't want to pay that much.

Can anyone recommend a decent one - tack shop always has loads but they don't seem to last very long and I'd like one that doesn't end up full of holes after a few months.

Tea and some mint poppets for anyone who can help!
 
I was going to say Charles Owen, did not know they were a prob to get hold of, I am sure my local shop has some, I could give them a ring tomorrow and check it out for you if you would like if so could get you one and post, let me know.

That would be fab thanks!

My tack shop isn't open until Wednesday so might try there too but haven't seen any Charles Owen stock in there before so not sure if they can get them in.
