Our usual person is unavailable and Reg has developed a sore spot which really needs sorting before he's worked again. Can anyone recommend someone/ message me of people to avoid?

(disclaimer: vet knows, and knows Reg and all the usual blarney- he has just done something silly in the field and tweaked himself!)

I would 100% recommend Jo Spear. She is a qualified human physio and also equine physio. She was on the Olympic team of physios. You can google her contact details. She has done a lot of work at WHW. Personally, I wouldn't use anyone else.

HEard good things about Jo - there is also someone else that I think did the GB horses, Ruth I think she is called?

Thank you :)

(bloomin TBs... He's the most dedicated horse to constant low-level self harm around. Bless him, or something like that.)

Ditto Jo. I genuinely think there is no one better in this area. She doesn't just sort them out, she really looks at why something has developed and sets you up with a programme to get to the root of it. The only thing is she tends to be busy, and may not be in your area? She tends to stay south of the A47. I sneak in at Dereham, and happy for horses to be seen here if it is of any help :)

Rachel Chandler or Pippa Windle-Baker both excellent and very professional. Pippa also works on recommendation from Westover Vets so you can claim her treatment sessions on your insurance. Rachel also teaches so another bonus is that she picks things up when you are working your horse too.
