search for suze henderson on facebook - heard she is now saddle fitted for the saddle company.

Graham Butt in Llwynon Sadlery near Brecon is an excellent saddle fitter. You need transport though as you take the horse to him at his workshop. He's patient and kind with the horses so I'm sure he'd deal with your mare calmly and quietly if she was worried.
