Recommend me a smart winter riding jacket

Looking for a smart winter coat for riding and around the yard. I quite liket the padded type ones. Some of the jackets I really like are sooooo expensive so looking for a cheaper option. I already have a waterproof type so need something quilted for the cold dry days (we rarely get hahaha)
Budget is £80 max!!
