As title really.. Horse has been in heart bars for 12 months due to fracture pedal bone in one front hoof and oestoarthritus in both coffin joints. Has recently gone in standard shoes but has never kept a set on longer than 4 weeks as he constantly pulls them... Prior to the shoes he's was barefoot.
At at my wits ends with the shoes they really aren't doing any good as he just won't keep them on and his feet where just becoming lovely until he went lame last year. So can any one recommend a trimmer to help with the journey all over again?
Diet is fine he's on spoilers high fibre cubes, speedi beet and hoof kind chaff which is all under or near enough 10% sugar/starch content. He also has biotin, linseed, brewers yeast, mag, boswellia and nutraquin
