As title! Would like a nice lightweight, ventilated, show-jumper-ey hat please! Obviously should have good ventilation and be nice and lightweight so I can wear it for a couple of hours without be wailing to take it off :D Currently have a proper classic hat with the leather strap.. very heavy, hot, and makes my neck ache after an hour or two, so decided to have a change! :D Cheers, and feel free to have some cheesecake for helping! xx

Champion Ventair is nice I used to have one an loved it!

I also have a Just Toggs Switch hat, you can change the strip in the hat to different colours, proper showjumpery ;)

I like the one with all the vents on the sides and front aswell but do not know the name :) But Champion is deffo fave for me

I would go to a saddler and try on a bunch of hats, when you find one you like wear for about 30mins around the shop and see if you still like it :)

I've got a Tipperary one! You won't see many of them arouond, but I got mine at an equestrian fayre, I think from a stall called "Performance Equestrian" or something like that (think they've got a website).

My head is a funny shape (which explains a lot!!!) - its oval shape whereas many of the hats around are for people with round heads (LOL).

I've worn it for quite long endurance type rides and its so comfy, you don't get hot at all.

I used to have a champion ventair and loved it but at POYS I got a PROtector hat which wins hands down for me. It is so comfy and I have worn it all day at shows in the hot weather and I have not felt that I have needed to take it off as its so lightweight and cool. It has small vents on the front.

The only downside to this hat is that its quite pricey but I got the child side so I did not have to pay VAT lol.

Sorry may I ask where you got it from? Have been looking at all the other hat makes and I can get them no problem, this one it says you can only order it online from an Irish distributer?? xx

Hubby did loads of research to find the cheapest lol - and bought me mine online from this place in Milton Keynes

Bought mine two years ago though so you might find one cheaper elsewhere by now. You don't have to get it from Ireland.
